Watchin' the weather

March 2nd - yesterday I was looking up the weather for the overnights on my next trip. I had 21 hours in Charleston coming up and was hoping to get downtown and look around. While searching, The Weather Channel provided some interesting distractions - beautiful pictures if this pretty place, Burano, Italy. I was instantly smitten! Now I wanna go see it and sit and paint it!! I printed out a couple of pictures and packed them in my overnight bags. Today I landed in CHS, where it was colder than expected, and rainy. Sooooo...after a nap, workout, dinner, and Cabernet, I pulled out the pictures. Here's what I created. Fun!! Now let's go for real!!
